From a young age, I always felt there was something different about me. I could feel and sense things that I could not see. For the longest time, I would brush it off because I had no explanation.
All of that changed 25 years ago when I began to practice and teach Yoga and meditation. My practice paved the way to a deep awareness of my body, mind, and soul. This journey to self allowed for a much deeper connection to my abilities, and I developed a great love for working with Spirit. I knew I needed to embrace my gift of mediumship.
Throughout my journey, I was guided to the study of Reiki and energy healing. I originally began learning Reiki to deepen my connection to spirit, not realizing it would lead me into a much broader path of discovering the powerful nature of energy healing and the healing presence of Spirit. After receiving my Reiki Master Level in 2019, I began offering energy healing sessions to clients. While I no longer offer Reiki as a service, I continue to provide intuitive energy healing work rooted in this foundation and guided by Spirit.
